How to Install a LED Headlight Kit
- If you think about buying new LED headlights, you first have to make sure they are compatible with your vehicle model. They use standard fittings, but the sockets might differ from model to model. After you receive the right model, you can go ahead with the installing.
- The first thing you need to do is to remove the lens cover and remove the headlight. Other vehicles may require you to lift the hood and access the headlights from underneath, inside the headlight mount.

- If everything is now connected, all you need to do is to put the connector in the right socket. Now the headlight is connected to your car and the car’s CPU. Before you finish mounting the headlight, make sure you test it. If you somehow forgot to do something, the headlight won’t start and the CPU will show you an error on your board display. If everything is as it should, the headlight should start normally.
- Once you make sure everything is working well, it’s time to put the headlight back in its socket. You will notice that you now have the additional cables and driver you have to fit in somewhere.
