The XenonPro HID bulbs are one of the best we’ve ever seen. The headlights on our Ram 1500 were lighting up the road like baseball stadium lights at an estimated 8,000 lumens of brightness using the 55 watts kit. A major upgrade from the 1,400 lumens the stock halogen bulbs were emitting.

As for the light beam pattern, it covered a very wide-angle and a very far range while exhibiting very minimal light waste. Some kits are powerful, but the light source is extremely scattered, directly impacting brightness levels. This is an especially important factor to consider when upgrading your headlights or fog lights.

An important aspect of these lights that we also loved was the fact that they won’t blind other drivers. XenonPro has a patented anti-glare tech in all their bulbs, making them a truly elite player in the lighting market.

HID Color Temperature Options

The HID bulbs come with 7 color temperature options ranging from 3000K all the way to 12000K. We tested and recommend going with a pure white (5000K). A yellowish white (4300K) or blueish white (6000K) is also very good for maximum brightness.

Some drivers like to go with a blue (8000K – 10000K) or purple (12000K) color but it’s important to note that it will not emit a bright light. To be clear, the light output will be strong and cover a wide and long-range, but the darker colors are simply not bright by nature.

  • Brightness: 5,500 – 8,000 lumens
  • Lifespan: 5,000 hours
  • Price: $
  • Wattage: 35W – 55W
  • Voltage: 12V
  • Color temperature: 3000K – 12000K

Installation & Fitment

When it comes to installing HID conversion kits, the procedure is pretty much the same across all kits. However, the ease of installation depends on the size of the ballasts.

The XenonPro HID ballasts were impressively slim, especially when considering how much power they generate. They run about 3 inches in length and under half an inch in height, making them ultra-convenient for installation.

If you’re comfortable gaining access to your car’s headlamps or fog lamps (depending on which sets of lights you are upgrading), you could get the job done in 30 minutes to an hour. The biggest hurdle will be finding a suitable place to secure the ballasts. Overall, the installation is very simple and easy.

Warranty & Service

One of the main reasons why so many people love this HID kit is not only because of its fantastic light output but because of the lifetime warranty. From experience, the average HID kit on the market comes with a warranty of about 1 year.

Like our readers, most people like to shop with confidence knowing that they are buying a quality product that’s covered from head to toe.
